Automatic Payments

The Water Department offers automatic bank draft for easier payment of your monthly water/sewer bill. The monthly automatic bank draft can be done by speaking to one of our Customer Representative or by filling out the Automatic Bank Draft form, then send the form to the Forrest City Water Utility.

In Office Payments

The Water Department Main Office is located at
303 North Rosser Street,
and open Monday through Friday
from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

After Hour Payments

A drop box is provided for payments after hours, the box is open 24/7 and is located at the drive thru window.
